Soloway S14
The S14 is the inaugural flagship instrument of the rebirth of Soloway Guitars.
We set out to design an extremely comfortable guitar. Lightweight, sublimely contoured, soft edges, we think we succeeded in creating what we hope to be the most comfortable guitar you've ever played.
We set out to design a versatile
guitar. The S14 is completely hollow except for a small block under the bridge. We deepened the body to a full 2" and thinned the walls and top. The thinner wood and deeper body give us more air than thinner semi-hollows, while the bridge block gives us sustain and eliminates feedback. It has tonal capacity to be tapped for jazz, gritty blues, or anything in between.
